This 2-room vacation apartment with a balcony has a living area of approximately 46 m² and is suitable for up to 4 people. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of the Berolina apartment complex. An elevator is, of course, available.

Sleeping arrangements include a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm) in the living area and two separate single beds (each 90x190 cm) in the separate bedroom. The open-concept living area features a cozy couch and opens onto the furnished balcony. The enclosed kitchen with a dining table features not only a dishwasher but also an oven at a comfortable working height. Entertainment in the living area is provided by a TV and an Xbox One S, as well as another TV and a PlayStation 4 in the separate bedroom. Wi-Fi and landline internet access are, of course, included.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with ocean and land views, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

Would you like to bring your dog on vacation? Two dogs are allowed to stay here for an additional fee.
