This beautiful vacation apartment, with a living area of approximately 46 m², is located just a few meters from the beach. The apartment, which features a balcony, is located on the 2nd floor of the Berolina apartment complex and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The stylish living and sleeping areas feature a charming maritime design. Snuggle up on the spacious sofa and wind down the evening in front of the smart TV with a soundbar while watching an exciting movie. The covered balcony is a pleasant place to relax, whether the sun is shining or the temperatures are a bit cooler. The sleeping area is charmingly separated by a corner closet—here, after a long day breathing in the fresh Baltic Sea air, you can relax and snuggle into the high-quality double bed (approx. 2x 90x200 cm). In the separate, small bedroom, you’ll find another double bed (2x 80x200 cm), a wardrobe, and your own TV. The apartment features a full bathroom and a well-equipped built-in kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, including a dishwasher, an air fryer, and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop.

This accommodation includes 2 adjacent outdoor parking spaces. There are even beach toys available for our younger guests.

Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and the countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

Would you like to bring your dog on vacation? Two dogs are welcome to stay with you for an additional fee.
