Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Seestraße 47, 23683 Scharbeutz.

This charming vacation apartment, featuring a timelessly modern country house style, is located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the idyllically situated country house. The living area of the vacation home is approximately 105 m², spans two levels, and features three rooms, including a bright, open living room and two separate bedrooms.

It offers ample space and comfort for up to 6 people. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds (180x200 cm each), a wardrobe, and a TV. The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed (approx. 140x200 cm), two armchairs, an integrated dining area, and an open, well-equipped kitchen. Entertainment is provided by a TV, radio, and CD player. The brightly tiled bathroom features a bathtub with a shower. As an absolute highlight, both the living room and the larger of the two bedrooms have direct access to a balcony! Enjoy a magnificent view of the picturesque Pönitzer Lake from both balconies. Pure idyll!

You can conveniently park your car in the outdoor parking space reserved for you right next to the house. You can also store your bicycles securely in the bike storage room or park them outside the house. All guests of the country house are welcome to use the communal sauna and garden as desired. Wi-Fi is included.

Would you like to bring your dog along on vacation? One dog is welcome to stay with you for an additional fee.

Please understand that this vacation rental is a non-smoking property.

Pönitz am See is located in the beautiful countryside surrounding Scharbeutz. The country house is surrounded by nature, nestled in the lake landscape of the Pönitz Lake District. Here, the surrounding beech forests and the Scharbeutz Heath invite you to go hiking, fishing, or biking. There are plenty of opportunities for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. The Great Pönitz Lake offers two points of access to the water—a public swimming area with a sunbathing lawn, as well as direct lake access for experienced swimmers at the Haus des Gastes in Klingberg. The beach at Scharbeutz is only about 3 km away; by bike, you can reach the lively promenade and the white Baltic Sea beach in 15 minutes.

Hallo, Gerne bewerte ich Ihre Unterkunft ehrlich, damit Sie für die Zukunft Änderungen vornehmen können. Die traumhafte Lage der Wohnung entschädigt für vieles, was nicht in Ordnung ist. Größe, Lage, Ruhe, hoher Erholungswert -super. Aber alles wirkt arg in die Jahre gekommen. Untere Gästetoilette- uralter Spiegelschrank sowie Spülkasten, oberes Bad keine Steckdose für Zahnbürsten o. Rasierer, Küche ganz spärlich ausgestattet, kein Geschirrset -nur 7 Tassen 1 Untertasse 1 Glasschälchen, kein Topfset, kleine Pfanne keine Salatschüssel keine Rührschüssel, kein Messbecher, kein Mixer, zusammengewürfelt,kein Spülstopfen, Backofen dreckig. Balkon- uralte Möbel, verrostet, uralte kleine Sonnenschirme ohne vernünftigen Ständer, ausserdem verdreckt und ungepflegt. Schlafzimmer- das zum See raus ok, das andere zur Straße nachts laut, sodass Fenster kann nicht geöffnet werden kann, neuer Schrank aber so windig, dass man sich kaum traut ihn zu benutzen, Glastisch gesprungen, uralte Nachttischleuchten. Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer- Polstermöbel ok alles andere alt, schwer und sperrig ohne Gleiter, also bei jeder Bewegung sehr laut. Parkplatz- ungünstig der Müllplatz da direkt neben dem Auto, stellt das Restaurant seine dazu, wird es kompliziert. Ausserdem belegt ein Lieferlaster 1x die Woche den kompletten Parkplatz und man kann gar nicht reinfahren! Fahrradraum im Keller, EBikes muss man zwei Treppen täglich hoch und runter tragen. WLAN und Fernseher klappen nur bedingt, wenn man selber gute technische Kenntnisse hat. Handtücher haben keine Möglichkeit zur Aufhängung?! Bisher fanden wir in jeder Wohnung ein Begrüssungspaket sowie Hinweise zur Nutzung der Wohnung, Veranstaltungskalender und Flyer aus der Umgebung. Auch das fehlte leider. Schade, das hält uns davon ab erneut diese Wohnung zu buchen. S. Rittershaus
