Keys are picked up from a lockbox at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Seestraße 47, 23683 Scharbeutz.

Through the small hallway, you’ll enter the approximately 41 m² apartment on the 1st floor, which accommodates up to 4 people.

The apartment features two rooms: a bedroom with a double bed and a bright, country-style living room with a cozy sleeper sofa, an adjoining open kitchen, and a dining area. A TV and a radio provide entertainment. From the living room, you have access to the furnished, south-facing balcony. Why not start your day right here with fresh rolls and hot coffee? The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, freezer, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and electric kettle. The modern bathroom with a shower and hair dryer rounds out this vacation rental.

Park conveniently in your own outdoor parking space right next to the house. There’s also a place to store your bicycles. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.

Would you like to bring your dog along on vacation? One dog is welcome to stay with you for an additional fee.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Nur wenige hundert Meter zum Strand. Das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig. Teilweise an der Glaseinfassung schmutzig oder Schimmel. Der Besteckkasten sowie das Gemüsefach im Kühlschrank verschmutzt. An teilen der Innenverkleidung des Balkons sichtbar Taubenschmutz. Die Klappe vom Nachtisch defekt. Die Internetverbindung nicht immer störungsfrei. Das Spülbecken in der Küche nicht einfach zugänglich. Ein Innenarchitekt sollte die Küchenzeile neu konziperen.

Die Wohnung war eigentlich sehr schön und auch super gelegen, aber die Sauberkeit bei Wohnungsübernahme war richtig schlecht, so etwas sind wir von Kraushaar nicht gewohnt und dieses Problem sollte dringend behoben werden. Da wir unseren Urlaub aufgrund des schönen Wetters sofort genießen wollten haben wir gleich selbst geputzt und dann die Wohnung bezogen, wir wollten nicht noch lange auf eine mögliche Nachbesserung warten. Ärgerlich zudem war der vom Vormieter besetzte Parkplatz, hier wurde aber schnell Abhilfe geschaffen. Weiterhin ist die Platzierung des Kleiderschrankes im Nebenraum nicht optimal gelöst (anders aufgrund der Wohnungsaufteilung aber nicht möglich) und der Platzbedarf in diesem ist wegen der Reinigungsmaterialien und weiterer Decken, Kissen und Gartenmöbelauflagen sehr begrenzt. Insgesamt hat uns der Urlaub in Scharbeutz aber sehr gefallen.

moin, wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Fewo Meerforelle. In der Fewo war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Eine kleine aber funktionale Küchenzeile . Eine schöne Dachterasse mit neuen Möbeln, sowie ein schönes Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachenen da und hatten ausreichen Platz. Natürlich spielte auch das tolle Wetter mit. Wir waren ja mit 4 Personen dort, hatten aber nur 3 Kaffeelöffel und mal gerade 4 Messer und Gabeln. Auch von Geschirr war es sehr dürftig.

Die Damen im Vermietungsbüro waren sehr höflich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Nähe zum Zentrum war auch gering. Es ist nur schade, daß es doch ein weiterer Weg zum Hundestrand ist. Aber letztendlich kann man die Wohnung nur empfehlen.
