"Ostseegrass" Vacation Rental in the Beau Rivage Building in Scharbeutz

Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Seestraße 47, 23683 Scharbeutz.

The apartment has been modernly renovated and furnished with great attention to detail. On the secluded southwest-facing loggia, you can enjoy the sun until late in the evening with a view over Scharbeutz.

The balcony is equipped with an electric awning, a table, two chairs with cushions, and a stool. The living room features: a dining area, a comfortable corner sofa that pulls out into a bed (sleeps one person), a writing desk with a selection of books, a CD radio, an iPhone and USB port, a sideboard with an LED flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a selection of movies and games. The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop (4 burners), a combination microwave with baking function, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle and egg cooker, a toaster, and an immersion blender. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm), 2 nightstands, a spacious closet with a safe, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a shower, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, a heated towel rack, and ample storage space. The windows are equipped with electric exterior blinds.

A private outdoor parking space is located next to the house. A ping-pong table is available for shared use in the basement. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed here.
