A first-class vacation home: In the modern Im Sonnengarten apartment complex in Kellenhusen, this stylish 3-room PINGUIN vacation apartment on the first floor with a terrace awaits you. With a living area of approximately 77 m², up to 4 people can enjoy a wonderful, relaxing stay here.

Ample space and versatility are the hallmarks of this elegant, barrier-free apartment. The tastefully furnished living and dining area offers several comfortable seating options: You can enjoy entertaining TV nights on the cozy sofa arrangement. Behind it, a cozy reading nook has been set up right next to the large patio door—finally, a chance to read a good book again. On the terrace, you’ll find a sunny spot to relax. Let the evening wind down here with a nice drink. The open kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, is well-equipped—so go ahead and whip up your favorite meals. Afterward, you can take a seat in the stylish dining area. A fireplace creates a special atmosphere. The two bedrooms are also comfortable and come equipped with box-spring beds and TVs; one room has a double bed (180x200 cm), and the other has two single beds (90x200 cm each). Handy: The master bathroom, which is conveniently accessible from the bedroom, features a large shower and two sinks. A second shower room rounds out the amenities. And we’ve even thought of the little ones: a travel crib and a high chair are also available for your use. As is a washer-dryer.

An underground parking space is reserved for your car (maximum clearance height 2 m, steep entrance; not suitable for vehicles such as a VW van or similar). You’re welcome to store your bicycles in the lockable outdoor storage room, or you can use the lockable basement room, which has a charging station for your e-bikes. There is also a handcart available for your children in the basement.
