Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.

With a living area of approximately 44 m², this vacation rental offers plenty of space for up to 2 people.

The living room is bright and cozy, furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, a dining area for 2 people, and a TV. The living area opens directly onto the covered, furnished balcony facing southeast. The kitchenette is integrated into the living area and well-equipped with amenities such as a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a spacious closet. The bathroom, bathed in natural light, offers a floor-to-ceiling corner shower, a makeup mirror, and a toilet.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you right next to the house. A bike storage room with an electrical outlet for e-bikes is located next to the garage. Free Wi-Fi is also included.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed here.

Bedroom: 1 double bed (2x 90x200 cm), closet, blackout pleated blinds.

This beautiful vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of a small apartment building, wonderfully close to the beach yet quiet and secluded in a residential neighborhood. The seaside promenade, with its many restaurants, cafés, playgrounds, and the Grömitzer Welle water park, is just a short walk away. The lively town center, with its variety of shopping options, supermarkets, pharmacies, and bakeries, is also within easy walking distance. The picturesque marina is also nearby, and a natural stretch of cliffs invites you to enjoy lovely walks or bike rides.

Guten Tag, wir haben wirklich schöne Sommertage an der Ostsee verbracht. Die Wohnung ist für 2

Guten Tag, wir haben wirklich schöne Sommertage an der Ostsee verbracht. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ideal und liegt in einer super schönen Wohngegend. Leider ist die Matratze im Bett schon sehr durchgelegen, was zum Ende der Reise leider Rückenschmerzen zur folge hatte. WICHTIG für Selbstkocher: Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist leider nicht sehr gut. Geschirr und Besteck ist zwar alles da und auch sehr sauber, aber die Anzahl an Kochlöffel sowie Schneidemesser ist sehr stark begrenzt. Für Nudelliebhaber: Es gibt keinen Nudellöffel. Zu unserer Überraschung mussten wir ebenfalls feststellen, dass es keinen Gefrierschrank gab. Eigentlich sind wir eine solche Austattung an der Ostsee immer gewohnt. Ansonsten war die Wohnung schön sauber und trotz Dachgeschosswohnung ist die Hitze nicht in die Wohnung eingetreten. Für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt würden wir diese Wohnung noch einmal buchen.
