Beachfront vacation home in Kellenhusen for 5 people plus 1 baby, with approx. 118 m² of living space and a loggia on a lot of approx. 500 m². This modern, spacious semi-detached house offers you maximum vacation comfort.

The first floor features a large living and dining area with a TV and stereo system, a built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, etc. A bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and direct access to the spacious shower room with toilet, washer, and dryer is also located on the first floor, as is a separate guest restroom. The rooms on the first floor can be darkened using exterior blinds. Upstairs, one bedroom has a single bed (90x200 cm) and the other bedroom has two twin beds (each 90x200 cm) with a wall-mounted TV and access to the sunny loggia. There is also a small shower room there. A special highlight of this apartment is the barbecue area with a beach chair in the garden. For the little ones, there are also 2 cribs, 2 high chairs, and a handcart; a stair gate ensures adequate safety in the house.

You can conveniently park your car in the garage. You can also store any bicycles you bring here and charge them if necessary (e-bikes). Wi-Fi is also included.
