1st Floor: The bright entryway is equipped with coat hooks and a mirror. The hallway leads to the left into one of the bedrooms, furnished in a modern country style with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a dresser, and a walk-in closet for storing your vacation clothes. On the right is a stylish designer bathroom with amenities such as a floor-to-ceiling corner shower, a washing machine, and underfloor heating. The combined living and dining area was designed with a keen sense of style and a focus on creating a cozy atmosphere. The gorgeous kitchen area impresses with features such as a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop. The dining area right by the window offers a wonderful panoramic view over the rooftops of Grömitz. Make yourself comfortable in the cozy sofa area with a sofa, armchairs, a large, high-quality flat-screen TV, and a Blu-ray player. The entire home faces south, so it’s flooded with light and bright, creating a wonderful sense of well-being throughout! The pleasant underfloor heating also contributes to this. From the living area, you step directly onto your spacious balcony, where you can enjoy a seasonal view of the Baltic Sea in the distance. Whether it’s your first cup of coffee in the morning or a fine glass of wine to wind down the day in the evening—this balcony puts you in a good mood at any time of day. A high-quality vacation with a breath of fresh Baltic Sea air and plenty of sunshine!

2nd floor: A strikingly designed space-saving staircase with staggered steps leads to the upper level of the apartment. On the right is a spacious, bright bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), a dresser, and characteristically lit wall niches that provide additional storage space. The sloped-ceiling windows here are equipped with blackout blinds, as well as external sun-blocking blinds for the summer months. Opposite is a second, naturally lit shower room with a toilet, an illuminated makeup mirror, and a sink. The hallway finally leads to the third bedroom, also furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), a dresser, a clothes rack, and even a second TV. Blackout blinds here also ensure a restful night’s sleep.

An outdoor parking space (approx. 240x500 cm) right next to the house is reserved for you. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored safely in the private garden shed. A high chair is included as part of the standard furnishings.

Please understand that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed here. Since this residential complex consists of wooden houses, open fires are not permitted.
