You’ll reach your beautiful 2-room vacation home for 2 people via a private entrance and a staircase. The well-designed floor plan offers you a small oasis of comfort across 41 m².

In the bright and welcoming living area, you can enjoy undisturbed time together. It’s a great place to relax even on rainy days, as a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi for streaming your favorite music are at your disposal. In the kitchen, which opens onto the living area, you can easily prepare your meals. Thanks to high-quality appliances, preparing delicious treats is a breeze—for example, a specialty coffee from the Nespresso capsule machine. A cozy dining area is also included. When the sun is out, you can also enjoy your meals on your own spacious rooftop terrace; if needed, an awning can transform it into a shaded spot. Sun loungers, patio furniture, and even a beach chair offer plenty of options for retreating and relaxing. A Baltic Sea fish prepared on the stone grill tastes twice as good outdoors with a glass of wine. A privacy screen ensures undisturbed vacation moments. You’ll find rest and relaxation in the comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm) in the separate bedroom, which can be easily darkened. You can easily store your travel wardrobe in a spacious closet. The timeless, natural-light-filled shower room rounds out the stylish furnishings of this vacation home.

An outdoor parking space for your car is reserved right in front of the house. Bicycles can be safely stored in a bicycle storage room. There is a charging station for e-bikes. During the season, from approximately May through the end of September, a seasonal beach chair is available on the beach, subject to seasonal weather conditions.
