Keys are picked up from a lockbox at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.

Welcome to our charming “Sur la mer” vacation rental. With approximately 86 m² spread over 2 floors, there is plenty of space for up to 5 people.

Through the main entrance, a few steps lead you to the lobby of the Seeschwalbe apartment complex, which has only 7 units. A rustic wooden staircase leads you to your apartment on the first floor (on the right). Upon entering, you’ll find yourself right in the spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen and plenty of windows. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and offers plenty of space to cook meals for the whole family. You can divide the living and dining area with a curtain to create a small kitchen and a separate living room with a corner sofa (sleeps 1 person, 135x200cm), a wardrobe, a stereo system, and a flat-screen TV.

A staircase leads up to the 2nd floor, where you’ll find another living area with a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm) for 2 people, a TV, a stereo, and a small collection of books and games. This floor also features a separate bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a separate, brightly tiled shower room with a washing machine. Another small staircase leads to the third floor. There, under the pitched roof, is a small
play area for children, where the little ones can listen to cassettes, read books, or simply retreat to a quiet spot.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Basic amenities include a travel crib and a high chair for our younger guests.

Please note that this vacation rental is a non-smoking property. Pets are also not permitted.

The listed rental price is based on 4 people; an additional fee per night will be charged for each additional person.

Your vacation rental is located just a few hundred meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the colorful Grömitz promenade with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and small boutiques. The charming town center, with its tranquil pedestrian zone, various bakeries, pharmacies, and supermarkets, is also within easy reach, and right next to your apartment is a traditional pastry shop that still bakes its own bread rolls. Recreational activities such as the Grömitz golf course, the climbing park at Lensterstrand, or the picturesque marina are just a few of the lovely destinations nearby.
