In this modern, lovingly furnished 2-room vacation apartment, its location near the beach means you’re practically already with your feet in the sand. The apartment is only about 50 meters from the sea, is located on the 2nd floor, and offers approximately 34 m² of space for up to 4 people.

Straight ahead through the bright hallway, you’ll enter the tastefully furnished living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a sleeper sofa (160x200 cm), and a flat-screen TV with an Amazon Fire TV Stick. The high-quality box-spring sleeper sofa sleeps 2 people—and from there, you even have a partial seasonal ocean view. There are both blackout curtains and sheer curtains for privacy. The kitchen, which opens onto the living area, offers everything you need… there’s even a Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker! You can spend many pleasant hours at the round dining table. Thanks to the large window front, the entire living area is always bright and flooded with light. In the separate bedroom, the comfortable sleeping alcove (140x200 cm) sleeps 1–2 people. For cozy evenings or watching TV in the morning, a flat-screen TV with an Amazon Fire TV Stick is available. Blackout pleated blinds and a small coat rack are also provided. The small but charming bathroom with a window features an extra-large, walk-in shower with a handheld showerhead and a rain showerhead. It also includes a sink, a toilet, a heated towel rack, and various hooks. On the southwest-facing balcony, you can really make yourself at home in the cozy seating area. Here, sheltered from the wind, you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun, play games, or read a good book. From the balcony, you’ll have a fantastic view of the greenery and can even catch a glimpse of the ocean.

You can conveniently park your car in the reserved parking space in the carport. The complex features storage rooms for children’s strollers or handcarts, as well as an elevator. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in the shared laundry room. You can safely store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two bicycle storage rooms (one of which is lockable).

Please note that this vacation rental is a non-smoking property. Would you like to bring your dog on vacation? One dog is welcome to stay for an additional fee.
