Vacation Rental "Liegeplatz" at Skippers Hus in Grömitz

Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.

Spend your vacation in this beautiful 2-room vacation rental on the 1st floor with a balcony. With approximately 40 m² of space, there’s plenty of room for up to 2 people, and the beach is just a few meters away!

The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2 x 90x200 cm) and curtains for blackout. Spend many pleasant hours in the living room on the cozy couch, or let your culinary skills run wild in the enclosed kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and a toaster. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and a window.

Take some time to relax and enjoy the sun on the furnished balcony or in the communal garden.

You can conveniently park your car in the outdoor parking space reserved for you next to the building. Bicycles can be stored in the bike rack next to the building. A washing machine and dryer (shared) are available to you in the building’s basement (for a fee). Wi-Fi is, of course, free of charge.

Please understand that this vacation rental is a non-smoking property. Pets are also not permitted.

Nettes, renoviertes Apartment mit viel Platz für 2-3 Personen ins sehr guter Lage. Staub und Spinnweben in einigen Ecken. Im Erdgeschoss wohnt ein starker Raucher, dadurch riecht es im Hausflur nach kalten Rauch. 30 Euro für ein Wäschepaket für eine Person sind schon ziemlich heftig. Dann noch nicht einmal Spülmittel und nicht einmal eine Rolle Toilettenpapier. Dafür aber zwei Reinigungstabs für die nicht vorhandene Spülmaschine.
