In this modernly furnished 3-room vacation apartment with a south-facing balcony, up to 4 people can unwind from everyday life in approximately 64 m² of living space.

The light-filled living and dining area features a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area and offers amenities such as an oven at a comfortable working height, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a Cafissimo capsule machine for a special coffee experience. The two separate bedrooms feature a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and two single beds (each 90x200 cm, one of which has a safety rail). All windows can be comfortably darkened with exterior roller shades, and fly screens have been installed on all windows and the balcony door. Additional comfort is provided by a bathroom with a toilet and shower, as well as a larger bathroom with a double sink, toilet, and shower. The furnished, south-facing balcony invites you to enjoy many hours of sunshine.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. A high chair, a travel crib, and a washer and dryer are also included as standard amenities. Wi-Fi is included.

A dedicated EV charging station (Type 2 / 11 kW) is available for your electric car. Payment is made either via your own e-Charge card or a QR code on the charging station (downloadable app).

Please note that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed.
