This 2-roomvacation apartment, with a living area of approximately 38 m², is located in the beautiful town center of Grömitz, not far from the Baltic Sea beach, and is ideal for a relaxing vacation for up to 2 people.

Take the elevator to conveniently reach the 2nd floor and your vacation home. In the living area, you can really make yourself comfortable on the couch or in the armchair in front of the flat-screen TV. From the furnished south-facing balcony with an electric awning, you can even catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea between the buildings. The modern kitchen is equipped with many amenities; here you can prepare your meals and enjoy them together at the dining table. The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a wardrobe. At night, the window can be easily darkened. The interior bathroom features a shower, a hair dryer, and a heated towel rack.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you, and there is a bike rack behind the house. A washing machine is available for general use for a fee. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.
