Vacation Apartment 2 with a terrace in the Titanina building in Grömitz

Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Apartments service office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.

From early April through approximately the end of May, renovation work will be taking place on the roof and terraces of the neighboring building. There may be some noise during the day.

With approximately 49 m² of living space, this 3-room ground-floor vacation apartment offers enough room for up to four guests.

The heart of this vacation home is the cozy living room with an open kitchen and a practical dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee maker, egg cooker, and toaster—all the basics for enjoying a convivial breakfast on vacation. When the weather is nice, the south-facing terrace, accessible from the living room, invites you to relax.
For a good night’s rest, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a bedroom with a space-saving loft bed (2x 80x190 cm). The exterior blinds ensure a quiet and restful night’s sleep.
Get ready for the day in the shower room, which features a heated towel rack and plenty of storage space for your toiletries.

An outdoor parking space next to the house is reserved for you. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use for a fee.

Please note that this vacation rental is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed.

Was soll man sagen, fast alles bestens. Die Ausstattung ist genau so wie wir es erwartet haben

Was soll man sagen, fast alles bestens. Die Ausstattung ist genau so wie wir es erwartet haben alles da. Ausreichend und gut ausgestattet. Die Lange ist Top. Strand, Restaurants und auch unser Lieblingsbäcker ist zu Fuß sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen. Ein großer Mehrwert ist natürlich die große Terrasse. Schirm, großer Tisch und Stühle gehören mit zur Ausstattung. Top. Es gibt in jedem Raum genügend Aufbewahrungs-/Abstellmöglichkeiten. Ein kleiner Mangel ist uns, wie anderen auch schon, aufgefallen. Das Bett fanden wir von der Größe her nicht optimal 160 cm Breite ist schon recht schmal. Und Platz für ein größeres ist auf alle Fälle vorhanden. Dazu kommt noch die sehr weiche Matratze. Der eine mag es so...wir waren gar nicht damit zufrieden. Die Kommunikation zu Ihnen als Vermieter war so gut wie immer. Auch den Service, zwar automatisiert, aber auch das sehe wir als problemlos und sehr gut an.
