Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office located at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.

This charming one-room vacation apartment with a balcony on the 2nd floor offers approximately 30 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Thanks to a clever layout, everything is comfortably accommodated in the light-filled, open-concept living and sleeping area. During the day, you can relax on the comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a cozy sleeping area (140x200 cm) at night. In addition, a large double bed (160x200 cm) invites you to dream and unwind. On the covered, furnished balcony, you can enjoy sunny days and the fresh Baltic Sea air; a parasol provides pleasant shade when needed. You can prepare your meals in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy them at one of the dining areas in the kitchen or living room. In the bright, tiled bathroom flooded with natural light, you can start your day with a refreshing shower. A flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi connection provide entertainment.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. A washing machine (for a fee) is available for shared use in the laundry room. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in the communal bike room or in the bike parking area.

Please note that this vacation rental is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed.

Die Wohnung ist prinzipiell sehr schön, allerdings im Hochsommer aufgrund des Dachgeschosses sehr warm. Das Bett ist eine Zumutung für zwei Erwachsene, man sollte in die Beschreibung der Wohnung schreiben, dass nur Leichtgewichte unter 1.80 m da Platz haben. Ich könnte mir nicht vorstellen, dort mit zwei Kindern 14 Tage Urlaub zu machen. Aber dies ist meine persönliche Meinung. Ansonsten hat alles super geklappt mit der Schlüsselübergabe usw.
