Located in Burgtiefe on the sunny island of Fehmarn, this detached, beachfront 3-bedroom vacation bungalow with a living area of approx. 70 m² accommodates up to 4 people. It features its own sauna, a large fenced-in garden, and ocean views.

You’ll immediately love the modern amenities in every room, as well as the fully tiled, level flooring with underfloor heating. The cozy living/dining area is equipped with a TV, Blu-ray player, and a hi-fi system. The large leather couch invites you to relax, while a wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth and comfort. The large picture windows on two sides, overlooking the terrace, let in plenty of light and brightness.
The partially covered terrace faces the sea and is south-facing. Comfortable patio furniture and a lovely beach chair are available for your use in the garden. The open kitchen is well-equipped and features, for example, an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. There are two bedrooms: one is furnished with a double bed and a TV, while the second bedroom has two single beds and a TV as well. All rooms have exterior shutters. The modern shower room has a skylight. From the garden, you have direct access to the Südstrand promenade and the beach; the distance to the sea is only about 50 meters.

Two parking spaces are reserved for you right in front of the house. You can store your bicycles and sports equipment on the property in a lockable outbuilding. Wi-Fi is included.
