This detached 4-room vacation home is part of a historic farmworkers’ settlement and is located on Dörpstraat in the tranquil village of Staberdorf. With a living area of approximately 99 m², there is plenty of space for up to 6 people.

You enter the house on the first floor and step into a spacious entryway, which offers plenty of storage space under the historic wooden staircase for a stroller, suitcases, or groceries. From here, you enter the large kitchen-dining area, which opens onto the living room. In addition to 4 ceramic cooktops, an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, the kitchen is equipped with other appliances such as a hand blender, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The dining area features a large table with a bench and chairs, comfortably seating six people. The living room offers a very cozy couch and an armchair. A smart TV with a Magenta TV connection is available. You can also use your own accounts for Amazon Prime, Netflix, and other streaming services. From the living room, a large patio door leads out to the sheltered terrace. A wooden table and six chairs provide a cozy spot to relax and plenty of space for enjoyable barbecue evenings. Furthermore, the first floor features two bedrooms—one with a double bed (180x200 cm) and one with two single beds—as well as a large bathroom with an open rain shower and a double sink. When you go up the stairs, you reach the upper floor and find yourself directly in the open workspace with Wi-Fi (100 Mbit connection). Here, you can comfortably work remotely, should the need arise. In addition to this sun-drenched area, there is another bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a bathroom with a shower.

A highlight is the wood-burning stove, making this accommodation an ideal vacation destination even on colder days.

There is a washing machine in the bathroom on the first floor. A children’s chair (Tripp-Trapp) and a high chair (Ikea) are included as standard amenities. The yard is fenced, so you can let your children play on the lawn without worry.

Two parking spaces are reserved for you (the carport to the right of the house and the spot on the left side of the driveway). The opposite shoulder of the road also offers ample parking space for visitors.
