Charming 1-room vacation apartment with approx. 35 m² of living space on the first floor, featuring a terrace, for up to two people in Fehmarnsund.

This modern, high-quality apartment faces west. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. It features a spacious living-bedroom with a double bed, two armchairs, and a dining table. A separate kitchenette is available for preparing your meals. The comfortable bathroom features a floor-to-ceiling shower and natural light. From the furnished terrace, complete with a beautiful Baltic Sea beach chair, you’ll enjoy a small view of the sea to the south. As a special highlight, a modern, premium built-in sauna is available for your use. It is located in the hallway area between Apartments I and IA—therefore, coordination with the tenants of Apartment IA is necessary to avoid scheduling conflicts.

Our tip: Apartments I and IA are also ideal for renting together, e.g., for two couples or families with older children. This way, each group can enjoy their privacy while still spending the vacation together.

Ample free parking is available in the complex’s parking lot, subject to availability.

Would you like to bring your dog on vacation? One dog is welcome to stay for an additional fee.

Aus der Anzeige ging nicht klar hervor, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher extra kosten würden („Wäschepaket“ klingt für mich nach Waschservice, nicht nach Grundausstattung). Das gebuchte Wäschepaket fehlte auch prompt (obwohl ich im Vorfeld noch einmal nachgefragt hatte, weil die Zahlung nicht zugeordnet worden war) und wir mussten telefonisch nachfragen. Aus der Anzeige ging auch nicht hervor, dass diese Wohnung NICHT Richtung Meer geht. Der Code zum Schlüsselkasten kam nicht an, wir mussten auch hier telefonisch nachhaken. Die Ausstattung ist billig. Die Endreinigung ist inklusive, aber das bezieht sich nicht aufs Besenreinigen und Müll wegbringen. Positiv: Die Anlage ist schön gelegen. Der Mitarbeiter am Telefon war sehr freundlich und bemüht, uns schnellstmöglich zu helfen. Und es gab eine Mappe mit Ausflugstipps und Informationen rund um die Insel, die zwar nicht ganz aktuell war, aber doch sehr hilfreich.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden, allerdings stimmt die Größenangabe des Appartements nicht so ganz. Ich habe mir das App. 1 a angeschaut und dass soll nur 5 m2 mehr haben, war aber wesentlich größer. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Küchenausstattung war super. Auch die Sauna haben wir regelmäßig genutzt. Eine Möglickeit zum Wäsche waschen wäre noch toll. Wir waren 11 Tage da. Da muss man definitiv mal Handtücher waschen können. In unserem App. waren die Übergardinen teilweise nicht mehr richtig befestigt und die Dusche lief ganz schlecht ab.
