Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.

The “Danmark,” a 2-room loft apartment measuring approximately 34 m², is located in the Windjammer building, right on the promenade with a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea. It sleeps 2 people.

From this light-filled apartment on the 2nd floor, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the Kiel Fjord with its fascinating maritime traffic, as well as Laboe’s resort beach and the beach promenade. The apartment is tastefully furnished with great attention to detail and exudes a Scandinavian flair.

On the loft, you’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the comfortable double bed, which invites you to dream. The built-in closets offer plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. Downstairs is the cozy living/dining area with a decorative wood-burning stove, as well as the well-equipped, small kitchenette. From the dining table—as well as from the balcony—you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. The balcony features an awning for shade, which you can use on hot summer days. The natural-light bathroom with a shower is bright and cheerfully decorated.

On cool fall and winter days, you can relax and wind down the evening on the cozy (sleeper) sofa. The modern media equipment also invites you to enjoy cozy moments in your vacation home when the weather isn’t so nice. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment, making it a wonderful spot for a “workation.”

During the season from approximately April to September, a seasonal beach chair is available on the beach, subject to seasonal weather conditions.

You can park your car in the underground garage (max. entry height 1.90 m). However, larger or taller cars and vans must find a parking spot elsewhere. Alternatively, we offer you the option to rent a parking spot from us for a fee, subject to availability.

All guests of the Windjammer apartment complex have the option to reserve the Wallbox in front of our service office across the street to charge their electric vehicle.

Please note that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not permitted.

Laboe is the perfect place to combine nature and relaxation.
