"Küstensegler" Vacation Apartment with Balcony in the Probsteier Platz Apartment Building in Laboe

Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Apartments service office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.

Centrally located in Laboe on Probsteier Platz is this lovingly furnished 40 m² 2-room vacation apartment for up to 4 people.

The apartment, decorated in a nautical style, features a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a combined living room/bedroom with a dining area and a sleeper sofa (160x200 cm) plus a TV, as well as a separate bedroom with two high-quality single beds and a TV. The modernized bathroom features a nearly walk-in shower with a shower stool, as well as a washing machine. From the balcony, you can even catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea while enjoying a cup of coffee.

There is a parking space right outside the door (free choice of space based on availability). In the building, you can use the washing machine and dryer (coin-operated). For our anglers, we provide a freezer with separate compartments.

Would you like to bring your dog along on vacation? One dog is welcome to stay with you for an additional fee. Please understand that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property.

Laboe, affectionately known as the “sunny side” of the Kiel Fjord, offers its visitors a unique maritime experience. The town’s landmark, the imposing Naval Memorial, is not only a memorial but also a lookout point offering a breathtaking view across the Kiel Fjord. Right on the beach, you’ll find other highlights such as the historic submarine U-995, which visitors can tour. The fine-sand beach and the nearby harbor offer perfect conditions for relaxing days by the sea and exciting excursions on the water. Laboe perfectly combines nature, culture, and relaxation.

Die Möblierung kann Erneuerungen vertragenLeider keine Informationen zur Müllentsorgung und auch keine sonstigen Infos zum Urlaubsort ect., lediglich ein Zettel zur Bedienung der Heizung. Der Bezug der Dekokissen sollte mal gewaschen werden und auf dem Balkon liegt noch ein Rest von einem Silvester Knaller....Insgesamt war leider nur die Lage der Wohnung wirklich gut
