The heart of the apartment is the cozy living area with a sofa, TV, and direct access to the rooftop terrace. The large windows let in plenty of light and offer a great view. A special highlight is the sauna in the living area. The terrace is equipped with patio furniture and a gas grill—perfect for relaxing evenings of grilling. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee maker, microwave, and other modern appliances. The large dining table is perfect for shared meals and social evenings. Two bedrooms and the living room can accommodate up to 6 people. One bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), while the second has two single beds (90x200 cm each). The living room features a spacious sofa bed (250x200 cm). Two cribs and two high chairs are also provided. The bathroom is modern and features a walk-in shower with a grab bar, a bathtub, a sink, and a toilet. A washing machine and dryer are at your disposal.

A parking space in the garage with an electric charging station is reserved for you. Bicycles can be safely stored in the bike storage room. Wi-Fi is included.
