Our apartment can be booked for up to 5 people.

The apartment features a comfortable bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm). Here you’ll find the ideal place for restful nights and peaceful dreams. The modern, natural-light-filled shower room is bright and inviting, allowing you to refresh yourself after an active day in nature.

The heart of the Edelweiß Apartment is the spacious, light-filled kitchen-dining area. With its modern amenities and a dining area that seats up to six people, it’s the perfect place to enjoy convivial meals with family and friends. In the adjoining living room, you’ll find a cozy sleeper sofa (140x200), a small smart TV, and a cozy atmosphere that invites you to linger. Here, you can unwind after an exciting day and enjoy a relaxing evening. The living room can be expanded into the kitchen-diner via a sliding door.

A special highlight of the apartment is the beautiful “winter garden.” Here you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the majestic Zugspitze massif in peace and quiet. Whether over a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening—this spot offers an unparalleled backdrop for unforgettable moments.

The property is bordered by a small stream, which enhances the stunning view from the terrace. Here you can fully enjoy the fresh mountain air and the peaceful surroundings. The Edelweiß Apartment can accommodate up to five people, making it ideal for families or groups of friends who want to explore the beauty of the Alps together.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous recreational activities to enrich your stay. In the summer, the nearby outdoor pool invites you to swim and relax, while in the winter, the ice rink offers fun on the ice. Right next to the property is the picturesque Grainauer Weiher, a perfect spot for walks and unwinding.

Just 200 meters from the apartment, you have access to the Zugspitzbahn, which takes you directly to the region’s most beautiful destinations. Whether you’re heading to Eibsee, the Zugspitze, the surrounding ski resorts, or the bustling center of Garmisch-Partenkirchen—the apartment’s location couldn’t be better. Thanks to the excellent transportation connections, you won’t need a car.

Grainau is also a great starting point for destinations beyond the region. For example, you can reach Munich in just over an hour by car.

Royal castles are also within easy reach—whether it’s Lindenhof Castle or the impressive Neuschwanstein Castle, you can get there in about an hour!

We offer flexible check-in times. Our apartment will be available to you starting at 4:00 PM.

On the day of your arrival, after you check in online, you’ll receive a code to open the key safe and
