At the L.A. Beach Apartment, you’ll find a modern, ground-floor living area with a comfortable couch. A flat-screen TV and cozy dining area ensure you can relax and unwind. The separate, well-equipped kitchen features, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, and glass-ceramic cooktop (with range hood), as well as a kettle. The kitchen also features a classic drip coffee maker (size 4 filter bags)—perfect for a cozy start to the day.

Bedroom No. 1, featuring a comfortable double bed (1.60 m x 2 m) with a view of the garden, is bright and tastefully furnished. A large closet offers plenty of storage space. The bathroom is right next door.

The second bedroom is furnished with a pull-out bed (1.60 x 2 m), a closet, a cozy rocking chair, and a small desk.

The modern bathroom, featuring a bathtub, shower, and washing machine, has underfloor heating and windows.

The choice is yours: We offer you the option to bring your own linens to help keep your vacation costs down. Alternatively, we’re happy to provide our linen package (bed linens and towels) as an optional extra—whichever best suits your travel plans.

The modern garden, featuring two terraces, is equipped with patio furniture and a gas grill. From the raised wooden deck, you can catch a glimpse of the sea.

Dear dog lovers: Dogs are very welcome! However, we charge an additional fee for their stay (€5.00 per dog per night) and cleaning (€25.00). We want not only you but also your dog(s) to feel at home here. To that end, we’re happy to provide a small welcome gift with treats and poop bags. You’ll also find plenty of tips in our information folder for fun water activities and hiking adventures with your dog, as well as restaurants that welcome dogs. Plus, there are countless sticks for playing along the trail, and the Langballigau dog beach is practically right around the corner. The garden is beautifully landscaped but not completely fenced in.

Dear cyclists: Unfortunately, we cannot provide a lockable storage area for e-bikes and bicycles. Bikes would have to be parked in the garden, behind the house.
