Vacation apartment directly on the lake

Our bright and welcoming apartment is located on the 1st floor of a well-maintained building. It’s easily accessible via a staircase. The large balcony is a great place to relax. An electric grill is available for your barbecue evenings.
The bedroom features a cozy double bed. A separate sleeping area offers space for two additional guests. The modern bathroom features a shower and a washing machine. The open-concept living and dining area is the heart of the apartment. Here you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen. The TV in the living room ensures relaxing evenings, and free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A private parking space is available right outside the front door.

Exclusive access to Lake Wissel

As a special highlight, you’ll receive your own key to the outdoor pool at Lake Wissel. The outdoor pool is therefore free for our guests, and you can access it through a separate entrance. The water is just a few minutes’ walk away.

- Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 11 a.m.

- Bedding is provided; please bring your own towels

- Travel crib & high chair: If you need these items, please let me know in advance, and we’ll have them ready for you in the apartment.


•Costs and Fees•

Please note that in addition to the accommodation costs, a bed tax of 1.50 euros per person per night applies. This will be collected on-site upon arrival.

From November through February, there is also a heating fee of 3.00 euros per night to keep the apartment warm and cozy during the cold season.

Lake Wissler offers numerous recreational activities: whether swimming, paddling, or simply enjoying nature.
In town, there’s a bakery that offers fresh pastries in the morning, as well as a large convenience store for everyday essentials. The quiet village of Dünendorf is ideal for walks and bike rides.

•Surrounding Area and Excursion Tips•

Just a few minutes away is Wunderland Kalkar, a popular amusement park. The archaeological site in Xanten, which exudes Roman charm, is also a worthwhile destination.
Children and families will have a blast at Irrland in Twistenden, while Ponyhof Leiting delights young horse lovers.

The region is perfect for cyclists: numerous bike paths wind through the picturesque countryside. A side trip to Nijmegen in the Netherlands, just a short drive away, is also well worth it. In the county seat of Kleve, you can explore historic buildings, museums, and cozy cafés, or even go on a little shopping spree. After a day full of adventures, you can relax with ice cream and a good meal at a local restaurant or in Kalkar (approx. 5 km) at the market square.
