Built in 2025, this newly constructed vacation rental offers a modern, cozy atmosphere and is located just 50 meters from downtown, putting Sylt’s best amenities within easy walking distance.

With a generous floor area of 54 m², the vacation rental offers plenty of space for up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 children). Your four-legged friend is also very welcome here. The light-filled rooms are tastefully furnished across two floors, and the open kitchen, which opens onto the living room, invites you to prepare culinary delights. Here you’ll find all the necessary appliances, including an electric stove with an induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and much more. The bedroom is furnished with a cozy double bed, a custom-built wardrobe, blackout curtains, and a 43-inch Smart TV. On the second floor, you’ll find a cozy sleeper sofa (140x200 cm) for two children or one adult, a 50-inch Smart TV, and a Sony PlayStation with two controllers and FIFA for your entertainment.

The exposed beam ceiling in the living room and the hardwood floors give the apartment a very special charm.

The modern bathroom features a rain shower, toilet, hair dryer, towel warmer, and natural stone tiles.

Additional amenities include a clothes rack, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, heated floors, and a Sonoro radio.

You can park virtually for free in the parking garage at the train station, which is very close by—the parking fee is only €2 per day. If you send us the receipt after your departure, we’ll be happy to cover the cost.
