Crosslake / Cadena pescado blanco: Big Trout Lake

You guys were wonderful and hope to have you back! Glad we could accommodate you and have a nice getaway at the lake.

In response, we had a cleaner there as soon as the last renters left, which was the morning prior to the original check in time of 3pm. I received a text from Sheryl asking why there was a car in the driveway at 1pm (this is very typical as a cleaner and her daughter were there). I cannot answer to the issue with a friend being there but assumed this may have been the cleaner trying to finish everything up. I spoke to the cleaner about the situation, she said they arrived early as they were still cleaning, and apologized for leaving towels and the coffee filter. As a cleaner, she owns a local resort in the area and cleans for them on a weekly basis and is more than qualified to take care of these details. Our standards are extremely high and I was only there to hear one side of the story and apologize for this as it is not a normal experience. I made a point to be there for the departure of this family and the place was left in bad shape, as assessed by the cleaner and myself. We want to assure everyone we have not had any issues after this and we will be more selective going forward on who we will be renting to. If there are ever any issues such as this I would expect the renter to call me and let me know and I would have no problem getting a cleaner (I have 3 available) over to take care of any issues immediately.
