It was great.Two items to consider, The refrigerator door needs to be reversed open right to left.Washer should fill up for more than three towels, if you want them clean.

Quiet, spacious home on 12th green.

Stayed here for 2 months while waiting on a new home build in Hardeeville. Plenty of space for my spouse and I as we both work Full-time remote. Great eat-in kitchen and nice family room for relaxing in the evenings. Very quiet neighborhood and my spouse loved golfing 2 to 3 times per week at very affordable and family owned golf course. Tom, the property manager, very friendly and helpful. Thanks!

It was nice to stay in that house. Spacious. When we got there we noticed some spots,things not working,broken. So we let the manager know. We also took pictures as we saw things. Now we are getting charged for stains that were there when we got there. The place is in a good location for what we needed. We just needed a place to stay for a week. We were responsible and not party people. But before I rent next time I will be careful on what I am renting.

Visited for a Marine Corp Graduation

We rented this property while we were in Beaufort for our daughter’s Graduation at Parris Island. The location was excellent for our needs. The neighborhood is very quiet, which was perfect for our family. The home is exactly as it is described, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a half bath. The home is very spacious, plenty of room for a family to relax.

Family Celebration

As a family we traveled from Michigan to attend my son's graduation from Parris Island. This was our first time to SC. and our first time using a rental so I had my concerns. We came down a few days early so that we could do some vacationing. I went with this house due to the amount of bedrooms it had, not knowing the area, I took a risk in what we might end up with. I will say we were very pleased. The house was super clean, everything we could possible need was at our disposal, including a cooler we used for the beach. Tom was wonderful with advice about the area and where to eat and what beaches to visit. I think the only thing I would change about the house is the decor. It's very outdated, and didn't have a hide-a-bed as stated in the description, but overall, I would suggest this home to anyone. It was only a short 16 minute drive to Parris Island, in an actual quiet neighborhood. We even meet one of the neighbors who came over to say hi and congratulate us on my son's graduation. If I ever came back to Beaufort, I'd rent this home again for sure!!! Thanks Tom for a great visit!

Got what we paid for and great location. The kitchen was like a flea market. Too much stuff to navigate through. If the property manager hired a professional organizer, they could inexpensively make what is a great kitchen even better

This place was beautiful and had everything!

We truly enjoyed our time in this home. The pictures do not do it justice at all. This place is huge! All the rooms were well appointed and well maintained. They had everything there that you could possibly need. I forgot my crock pot, they had one! There were plenty of big soft fluffy towels. The owner called us to make sure that we had the address and key code. We were here for our son's graduation from Parris Island. This home was just 25 minutes from Parris Island, so very convenient. The neighborhood was beautiful and friendly. We had window chalk on our vehicle saying that we were going to get our Marine, the neighbor noticed and came over to congratulate us. We would defiantly recommend this home.

Beautiful home, super roomy!

We were comfortable and the house was clean! We did have trouble with the TVs, didn't complain because we were able to make due - not really why we there! But, not all of them worked... more hangers would be helpful too (esp if staying longer). Overall, we're satisfied with our experience.

Great house

This is a beautiful house in a wonderful location. We were there for my stepson's Marine graduation and it is only 15 minutes from Parris Island base. We all enjoyed our stay very much!!

My sisters and I really had fun just being in this home there is plenty of room for extra guests

The property is located near every place we wanted to visit it's Nice and roomy it's clean and at the end of the night we enjoyed a late movie in the privacy of our own bedroom

Beautiful Ladys Island Home

This home is beautiful, clean, well maintained and well stocked. We had no issues during our stay. It is large with two living areas, a formal dining room and 4 seat table in the kitchen. Master bed & bath downstairs with 3 bedrooms & one bath upstairs. Almost every room has a television. Two things I will mention: (1) although the master bath is large with a jet tub, shower & two vanities the shower stall itself is very small, (2) house is equipped with wifi that worked very well however, if you have AT&T service, it does not cover this area. I've found that true with several rentals on Ladys Island. Overall the home is great, especially for large families it would not be crowded.

GREAT HOME, GREAT LOCATION = GREAT VACATION..

The property was immaculate with great location. We enjoyed the early mornings on the patio watching the golfers play. The location was convenient to all the wonderful sites of Beaufort and sure makes you want to up and move there. The pictures do not do this house justice, it is beautiful on the inside and out with plenty of room for all. Property management responded promptly to any needs and we enjoyed meeting Priscie whom we could have just taken into our family and made her one of us. The Sands, Hunting Island State Park, and downtown Beaufort are just minutes away. We also visited Fort Fremont and made a trip to Hilton Head for the day. I would recommend this home for older family members or friends who enjoy sharing vacations together. The people in the low country are so very friendly and the area is so peaceful and quiet. I sure did not want to leave and look forward to returning.

Great home with lots of room and a wonderful view.

Wonderful home with a great view. House was immaculate. Lots of room for everyone. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook with. Plenty of sleep room and everything was just minutes away. Lots of great restaurants and downtown Beaufort was a great place to walk and relax and eat. Manager was great, everything flowed really well. Patio could use sprucing up and it would be five star then but then the price wouldn't probably be so great. It really is a nice home. Loved it!!

Perfect place to rent for Parris Island Graduation - great getaway spot

This was the perfect house for a family attending Parris Island graduation. Plenty of room, clean, fully furnished, very comfortable and reasonably priced. Everything you needed was already there and available to use. The house is just minutes away from Parris Island and many other vacation spots/activities. The manager was very easy to deal with and made the transaction so easy. We are planning to go back!

Great Golf Getaway

When we first walked in all I could say was wow. The house was beautifully fully furnished. There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't already there. You really only need to bring your clothes. There is a golf course right in the backyard. The club house is close and just got remodeled. If you don't feel like cooking, Beaufort has good restaurants that are only 10-15 minutes away. Dockside has great seafood. Hunting Island is 20 minutes away. There are some good biking trails and a nice beach that wasn't too crowded. We never had the opportunity to meet the owners, we were in contact with the Property Manager Tom who was a pleasure to deal with. We rented this beautiful home from April till May and can't wait to return in Sept.
