A great beach side property

This place is so pretty and spacious!! I was surprised when I saw it in person! Tons of space for the whole fam and easy access to the beach, the pier or downtown Santa Monica!

Amazing cottage with all the comforts of home

This was a dream property… gorgeously renovated, comfortable beds and linens, luxury bathrooms, all details thought of. Loved that Juana stocked the fridge for breakfast, and could not have been happier for our stay! Would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Beach convenience

Beautiful updated cottage directly across from beach. Easy walk to Pier but far enough away from the noise and congestion. Well stocked and comfortable with good open family space to hang out. Appreciated the manager having breakfast stocked and communicated throughout our time to be sure all was good. Highly recommend.

We’ve traveled to many air bnb properties age vrbo. None met our expectations like this property. It was very accurately photographed and very clean . Julie the host was So helpful. She delivered breakfast every morning and answered many questions about the area. Can’t say enough good things ! Great location . Would stay again.

Luxe Beach Cottage

The cottage is beautifully decorated and is in the best location to enjoy the beach, and walk to great bars and restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked, and the house provides everything you need. We had excellent communication with the house manager. She was very accommodating and always responded to our questions promptly. We would love to stay here again when we are in town!

Best Vrbo we’ve had in LA

No detail overlooked at The Cottage. The structure is completely renovated so that it is like new. The kitchen is well-stocked and the owner provided coffee, various fresh milks and juices, cheese, a bottle of good wine, and more. There were fresh cut flowers everywhere, and fresh bakery items and fruit were delivered every morning. Management is on-site.

Family spring break trip

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was beautiful with all the amenities necessary for a wonderful stay. Location was great as it was walking/biking distance to many different locations to explore with a beach view no less! Very fun trip for all.

Dreamy and perfect

Staying in this darling cottage was by far my favorite VRBO experience! It’s perfectly put together with comfortable beds, furniture, vintage touches everywhere and a lovely kitchen. I felt so honored and trusted with the beautiful China dishes and vintage glassware. The owners are brilliant to fill this home with such beauty. It only made me want to give it the care I would give my own special things. And besides that, Julie took such good care of us during our stay. She was so kind, courteous, and always available. She brought wonderful breakfast every morning and set up a dinner with Chef Patrice one evening. This cottage is now apart of fond memories. Thank you for surpassing my expectations!

Out of this world fantastic!!!!

This rental exceeded are expectations by leaps and bounds! The concierge was so friendly, professional and helpful. The owners were thoughtful and easy to work with. The location could not be any better. While you are in the middle of anything you would want to see or do you are also in what i thought was the most peaceful location there was. The view is spectacular, wether you are inside or outside of the cottage. The decor was cheerful, clean and meticulously decorated. We enjoyed every aspect of this place. The jacuzi and sauna were a big hit for our family after spending time on the beach. The kids loved the path in front of the cottage that led through Venice and Santa Monica beach where they would ride a "Lime" or "Bird" that was rented online. My daughter competed in a National volleyball tournament right down the beach! Our family enjoyed playing beach volleyball together, and lots of beach down time in the best spot on the beach which was directly in front of the cottage. I can honestly say that it was not long at all before my husband and I were totally relaxed in this cottage. The feel of this home gives the most relaxing, peaceful and joyful vibe that you could imagine. The linens feel amazing! The air conditioning is fantastic also. The decorating is out of this world! No way will you be disapointed in this sweet cottage. Enjoy! Brooke

Beautiful Cottage! Perfect Family Vacation!

Our concierge Julie took care of everything! The ocean view out the front door was amazing. The kids loved being able to walk to the Santa Monica Pier and the 3rd Street Promenade shopping area was just a short walk from there. My wife loved it! We will definitely be back! Thanks! Beautiful cottage by the sea in the heart of Santa Monica.

Wonderful stay at this beautifully appointed and situated cottage. We had a group of 7 and loved the layout and feel of this property. Everyone loved their stay. We are passing through Santa Monica on our way to skiing in CO. Just across the street from the walkway on the beach - we walked to Venice; the boys hired segways and went both ways; we walked to restaurants in Santa Monica Blvd; met friends and explored; gathered in the comfortable lounge and watched the Australian Open; played cards. A very special place.

A Gem! A beautiful property in a perfect location.

The Cottage is impeccably maintained by the Heidt family who take well deserved pride in this gorgeous property. It is a well proportioned four bedroom with all the amenities. Walking distance to the pier and all the local attractions. We were looked after by Maddy who was attentive but unobtrusive. We will return!

Amazing stay

We stayed for about a week at the Cottage and really enjoyed our stay. The owners and property managers were very accommodating and made sure our family needs were well met. The location put us steps away from the beach, pier, restaurants, etc...The house itself is very well furnished and decorated and has all the amenities to make us comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
