The approximately 56-square-meter "Gartenpalais Apartment 1" is located on the first floor of the "Garteneck" building, a new construction completed in 2017, on Gartenstraße on the North Sea island of Norderney. It offers a beautiful view of the Conversationshaus.

The living room is particularly bright and flooded with light thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows. From here, you have direct access to the patio and the garden. The living room features a modern fold-out bed, providing an additional sleeping option for 1–2 people. Free Wi-Fi is available.

The separate bedroom is accessible from the hallway, as is the bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances. Amenities include a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, induction cooktop with four burners, range hood, high-quality cookware, and dinner and coffee sets. A filter coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle are also provided. The dining table seats up to 4 people.
