Here you’ll find a separate, bright dining area with two large windows and a beautiful dining table that seats 6 people. A TV with satellite connection, a stereo system (tuner, CD player), and free, high-quality Wi-Fi are available.
The separate, spacious kitchen is equipped with modern built-in appliances. It is fully equipped with a coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, microwave, toaster, and plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, and pans. Modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, and refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment are, of course, included. An extendable dining table invites you to enjoy breakfast right by the window.
The large bedroom on the first floor features a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a large wardrobe with 6 doors and 4 drawers, as well as ample storage space and coat hooks for your clothes.
The modern and very spacious bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a large walk-in shower, a nice vanity, a toilet, and a new washing machine. The bathroom has two windows and an exterior door leading to the garden, so that on rainy days or after a day at the beach, for example, you can enter the house with wet or sandy shoes without feeling guilty and change in peace here.
In the bright hallway, a new wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you’ll find another bedroom with a French double bed (140 x 200 cm) and an additional sleeper sofa, as well as a small room with a closet, dresser, and small desk.
A large second bathroom invites you to relax in the whirlpool tub. The bathroom has two windows that let in natural light, a toilet, and a sink. The ceiling light can be set to a changing color spectrum.
The entire house features modern flooring (laminate, tile, vinyl) and is heated by central heating.
The beautiful, large, fully enclosed garden features a rustic-style garden shed, a beach chair, and patio furniture. In another part of the garden, you’ll find a seating area with a fire pit for cozy get-togethers. A grill is provided.
The tool shed houses the trash cans; you can also store your bicycles there.
