On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living room with a tiled stove, TV, and a sofa bed, alongside a modern kitchen equipped with a wood stove, electric oven, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher. A bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine is also situated on this level.

The upper floor includes a small living room area and two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed, and the other with an 80 cm bunk bed and a 90 cm single bed. Essentials like internet access, furniture, and a grill are provided, but guests must bring their own bed linens and towels.

The property boasts a charming outdoor area, located approximately 400 meters from a private swimming dock and boat launch on the expansive Sommen Lake, known for its numerous islands and fishing opportunities, including species like pike and trout.
