The modern living and dining area features an integrated kitchen equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, and coffee maker. A dining table positioned by the window allows guests to enjoy scenic water views during meals. The room also includes a cozy sofa bed and a TV. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds, while the bathroom boasts underfloor heating, a shower, a WC, and a wash basin. Outside, two verandas, one of which is covered and furnished with outdoor furniture and a grill, are perfect for relaxation. Guests may also borrow two adult bicycles and, upon request, rent a rowing boat. Parking is conveniently located about 100 meters from the house. Please note, pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited indoors.
