The "Rosarium" apartment building is centrally located, right on the inland lake promenade and adjacent to the city park. Situated between the Old Town, the harbor, and the vacation park, you’ll find a centrally located vacation home here.

It is a 3-story building with 33 apartments. The city center and the harbor area are within easy walking distance. The Baltic Sea beach is approximately 1.3 km away (an 18-minute walk).
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and features a large balcony with a side view of the inland lake. The living area is approximately 50 square meters and is laid out as follows: living-dining room, separate master bedroom with a double bed, separate children’s room with a 120x200 bed, kitchen with oven and microwave, full bathroom with a bathtub. The building has an elevator, and the apartment comes with a parking space in the underground garage. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building upon request.
