Welcome to Haus Adria, in the Ostseegöre apartment
This cozy one-room apartment is located in a quiet area of Scharbeutz and can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child.

The modern living/sleeping area, with its cozy maritime ambiance, features a comfortable 2.15 x 2.00 m sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area.
The built-in kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In addition to a Senseo coffee maker, there is, of course, also a kettle and a toaster.
In the hallway/entryway, there is a cozy bunk bed for a child.

The modern interior bathroom features a sink, toilet, and a walk-in shower.
On the west-facing loggia with an awning, you can make yourself comfortable and do more than just wind down the day with a glass of wine.
The house features a swimming pool with a counter-current system. In the basement, there is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
You’ll find a parking space right next to the house.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment. Wi-Fi is available in this apartment!
The beach, located 200 meters away, can be reached via a public staircase on a slope.


Facilities:

Haus Adria is situated on a hill between Scharbeutz and Timmendorfer Strand. The Kammerwald forest is right outside the door. The Ostsee-Therme spa is about 700 meters away. The beach is 150 meters away, and the town center is a 15-minute walk. Enjoy the evening sun on the secluded loggias with a view over the rooftops of Scharbeutz.

Guests have access to a small swimming pool, as well as a washing machine and dryer, in the building. Parking spaces are available in front of the building for each apartment.
