The light-filled living area with large windows not only provides access to the balcony but also offers the chance to relax while enjoying a picturesque view. Measuring 56 m², this lovingly and tastefully furnished apartment features a separate living room and bedroom. Perfect for up to four people.
The modern kitchenette is directly adjacent to the living area, providing you with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The vacation apartment offers comfortable sleeping arrangements with a separate bedroom featuring a cozy double bed, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping options. For your convenience, the beds are already made upon arrival, and towels are provided as a starter kit. A free parking space in the underground garage is available to our guests (entrance height 1.86 m, entrance width 3.00 m).

The Rolandseck House is located on the westernmost edge of Bansin on Bergstraße, a street renowned for its magnificent seaside architecture. Adjacent to the building is a large beech forest stretching about 12 km along the coast, ideal for exploring Usedom on foot or by bike. From the apartments, you’ll enjoy an excellent second-row view of the sea. The beach is only 50 m away, and the beach access via Bergstraße is right nearby.
