The first level of the apartment features an open-concept living area. The living room flows seamlessly into the modern, fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming atmosphere for cooking together in the evenings and relaxing.
From the living area, you have direct access to the sunny balcony, which offers an impressive view of Lake Balmer and the beautiful surrounding landscape.

Upper Floor – Bedrooms & Bathroom
On the upper floor are two lovingly furnished bedrooms designed for a comfortable night’s sleep.
The bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor.

Top Floor – Retreat Area
The top floor features a cozy room with a reading nook. This area is perfect for relaxing and offers a quiet retreat within the apartment.

Immerse yourself in our 150-square-meter wellness oasis on the first floor. Three saunas (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and steam room), a spacious relaxation room, and a small fitness area are at your disposal.
