Fritz Reethus in Loddin: 5-star vacation home for up to 6 people with sauna

Welcome to the Fritz Reethus in the seaside resort of Loddin on the sunny island of Usedom. This bright, family-friendly thatched-roof vacation home is situated in a stunning location in the center of Usedom, not far from the Baltic Sea beach and the Achterwasser lagoon. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a sauna.
The house is located in the former diplomatic enclave. Here you can enjoy a relaxing vacation any time of year.

The Fritz Reethus was newly built in 2021. The new thatched-roof house, certified with 5 DTV stars, offers a living area of approximately 139 m² spread over 2 floors, featuring a spacious living-dining area with an open kitchen and a fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, an additional guest restroom, a small relaxation area, and a sauna area. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating.

The living and dining area, featuring a modern, open-concept kitchen, is located on the first floor. The living area features a cozy seating area and a fireplace. Here, you can wind down together in the evenings with a glass of wine—any time of year.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each sleeping two people, with high-quality box-spring beds that ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. Upon your arrival, the beds will of course be made, and towels (initial supply) will be ready for you. You’ll also find a separate restroom and a spa-style bathroom with a large shower and its own sauna. The sauna invites you to enjoy a unique wellness experience on fall and winter days.

At the end of the day, the large terrace—equipped with a large garden table and seating for six—is the perfect place to unwind. For cozy barbecue evenings, there is a grill (please observe the fire safety regulations due to the surrounding thatched-roof houses). To relax, a beach chair is also available on the large property. There is a parking space directly in front of the house. You can safely store your bicycles in the utility room, where you’ll also find a washer and dryer.
