Welcome to Seepark Apartment 703 in the Baltic Sea resort of Bansin on Usedom!

This bright and welcoming 3-room apartment is located on the first floor and offers plenty of space for 4 adults and up to 1 toddler. Spend your vacation in a cozy living and dining area with a TV, DVD, and Blu-ray player, as well as on a spacious sun terrace. Here, you can enjoy breakfast in the fresh air in the morning or wind down in the evening with a glass of wine while taking in the expansive view of the countryside.
Thanks to the well-equipped kitchen in the open-concept living-dining area, you’ll have everything you need to prepare your own meals. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
Two full-sized bedrooms ensure restful nights (one bedroom features a double bed and its own TV, while the other has two single beds).
The vacation park’s playground, featuring a sandbox, as well as the volleyball and badminton courts, a soccer field, and two table tennis tables, are a welcome addition for our younger guests. So make your stay as peaceful and relaxing—or as exciting and active—as you’d like; we warmly welcome you.
