The apartment has been recently renovated and is fully and luxuriously furnished.
Centrally located. Close to the University of Applied Sciences and the Jülich Research Center.

Suitable for 2–3 people, with 1 guest bed (upon request) and 1 velvet bed (standard) measuring 160 cm x 200 cm in green.

Shopping options are within a 5-minute walk.

A portable air conditioner, perfect for warm summer nights, rounds out the package.

Please note the check-in and check-out times. You have the option to contact me directly. Generally, you can arrive earlier than 5:00 p.m. Please message me after booking; I’ll be happy to let you know the exact arrival time shortly before your arrival.

You’ll have an apartment of approximately 29 square meters all to yourself. Non-smoking apartment.

If you’d like to stay here as a group of three, that’s no problem either. Please ask for an extra chair. A guest bed will then be placed in the apartment for you to set up yourself, so you can choose your own spot for the travel bed. A 160 cm x 200 cm velvet bed is always included in the booking.

The living-bedroom is equipped with an LED ceiling light that includes a fan. It is operated via a small remote control and the main switch in the living-bedroom.

In the en suite bathroom, a toothbrush with some toothpaste is automatically provided for each guest. Shower gel is also provided. A hair dryer is available and hangs on the towel rack. Various toiletries such as dental floss sticks, cotton swabs, and cotton pads are provided. Please let me know in advance if you need a razor and shaving cream.

The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals. A measuring cup, dishes with cutlery, pots, pans, a whisk, a strainer, a colander, a microwave, a touch-control kettle for the ideal temperature, a coffee maker, a toaster, and pot holders.

The smart TV offers additional access to Netflix and Disney+, as well as Magenta TV.

The table in the workspace/dining area is extendable.

A color printer/scanner that can be controlled via Wi-Fi. Read more about this in the “Apartment Mo. Zart” user manual, available at the guest information desk.

You can use a grill or fire pit (with a grill grate) in the courtyard to grill or build a fire (exclusively in the fire pit or grill). Please provide your own fuel—charcoal or briquettes—preferably on your own.

Two portable, pairable Bluetooth speakers are also included for use during your stay.

A small power bank is also available for use in the workspace and is welcome to be taken with you when you’re out and about.

ACCESS: for guests

Through the main entrance of the building, up the stairs to the first floor, turn left, and the apartment faces the inner courtyard. Separate access via a key box is available.
