This stylish apartment is located on the first floor and offers plenty of space for two people. Lovingly furnished, the apartment also impresses with a modernization completed in 2022. The living area is the heart of the vacation rental, featuring a modern seating area and an open kitchenette. The decorative elements have all been carefully selected and blend harmoniously with the interior. Another special feature is the shower, which has been integrated into the sleeping area as a semi-open, glass-enclosed unit. The bathroom with toilet is separate. You can also enjoy a wonderful night’s sleep in the sleeping area, which features a high-quality box-spring bed and is visually set apart from the living area. The floor, which has a wood-plank look but is actually tiled, offers a very high-quality finish.

The vacation rental includes a small terrace where you can wind down at the end of the day with a good glass of wine. A parking space (marked “R”) is available for you on the property.
