Spacious, cozy LIVING ROOM with a fireplace, lounge area, 3D flat-screen TV, hi-fi system, and a bookshelf with a large selection of literature. The flexible lighting design is perfect for relaxing, unwinding, watching TV, or listening to music—or for social evenings over a glass of wine.

The open-concept American-style KITCHEN is fully equipped and offers everything you need: a coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and a bread slicer. The large, inviting dining table seats 6–8 people and is ideal for shared meals and social gatherings.

The accommodation features TWO spacious BEDROOMS, ideal for a restful night’s sleep and plenty of privacy. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed. The second bedroom features a king-size bed plus two queen-size beds, perfect for families or small groups. Both rooms have a closet and a dresser that provide plenty of storage space for clothes and personal items, so you can stay well-organized throughout your stay.

The spacious BATHROOM, featuring a shower, bathtub, toilet, and two sinks, offers a wonderful spa-like atmosphere and includes a washer-dryer for longer stays.

WORKATION: Ideal for working from home and creative projects. Equipped with two monitors and high-speed internet (100 Mbit/s), the workspace offers optimal conditions for productive work—whether for video conferences, multitasking, or intensive online research.
