Built in 2021, this apartment building on Oderstr. boasts an excellent location and the highest level of living comfort in a quiet setting. The island’s beautiful Nordbadestrand beach is about a 5-minute walk away. The lively downtown area is about a 10-minute bike ride away.

Your vacation apartment is located on the first floor and in the basement. It has a living area of approximately 100 m² and can accommodate up to four adults plus one toddler (travel crib and high chair provided)

A wide hallway leads to the open kitchen area, which adjoins the bright and spacious living area. One of the two bedrooms and a guest restroom are also located on this level. You can reach the basement via a staircase behind the kitchen. There you’ll find another bedroom as well as a large bathroom with a shower, toilet, and private sauna.

Your vacation rental includes two terraces (west-facing and north-facing)
