Joel and I make it a priority to ensure you feel right at home in St. Gallen. We’re happy to accommodate special requests to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

If you need additional sleeping arrangements, we can provide up to three more options:
• An extra mattress in the cozy attic bedroom
• Two sofas that are perfect for sleeping
• Upon request, we can also provide a hammock that can be hung in the living room
• Additional blankets and pillows are available upon request

If you’d like to use the washing machine, just let us know. I’d be happy to show you how to use it in person. If you need to use it urgently, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

Our bed linens are washed exclusively with eco-friendly detergents, and the cleaning products we use are also eco-friendly. Protecting the environment is especially important to us.

The apartment’s front door is on the 3rd floor, on the same level as the terrace. The apartment itself is located on the 4th floor.

Our guests have access to the entire apartment as well as the shared terrace. In addition, the laundry room in the basement is available for use.

If you’d like to use the washing machine, just let us know. I’d be happy to show you how to use it in person. If you need to use it urgently, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so that I can handle the check-in personally.

✅ Stairs: The apartment is located on the 4th floor, and the entrance door is on the 3rd floor—please note that there is no elevator.
✅ Quiet hours: To ensure a pleasant atmosphere for everyone, we ask that you be considerate of quiet hours.
