Lovingly designed vacation apartment (68sqm) with private entrance and parking space

Our lovingly designed, quiet, non-smoking vacation rental is located in this small village that is part of Thyrnau. Spanning 68 square meters, it features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, electric kettle, and coffee maker, as well as coffee, various types of tea, and all kinds of spices; a double bedroom with a large Smart TV; another bedroom with a 140-cm-wide bed (also suitable for two people) and a “Stadl” bed; a shower/toilet; and a changing table. We provide both bed linens and towels free of charge. Free Wi-Fi is also included. Of course, tradespeople are also very welcome. The apartment has its own entrance, a parking space directly in front of the house, and a lockable garage for bicycles you bring with you. There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity where you can enjoy a meal. Within a 2-km radius, you’ll find a tennis facility, a natural swimming pond, and a golf course. The Prof. Dr. Schedel Clinic is located approximately 100 m away. We’re also happy to offer family members the opportunity to stay with us during visiting hours. A bus stop is located about 50 m away, providing good connections to the city of Passau (travel time approx. 20 min.). The deposit is 50% of the accommodation price. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Check-out is available between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Tourist tax: 0.46 EUR per person/night. Pets are allowed for a fee of 8.00 EUR per pet/night. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Laundry service is available for an additional fee.
