The guesthouse is located just a few meters from our ARCADIA country house. The location is quiet and secluded. As you can see in the photos, it offers views of nature. It all starts right at your front door: take a walk to the historic village, to the beach on the Havel River, through the fields and forests, into the primeval forest, and out into the vast countryside. Plenty of natural light in the house. Original paintings by Anette Hollmann herself—she is dedicated to art and the healing arts. 

The guest house, with its 80 m² spread over 2 floors, accommodates up to 4 people and offers an unobstructed view of nature. Rooms: 2 bedrooms, 22 m² (double bed with 2 mattresses) or 1 double room with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 toilets (on the first floor and upper floor). Spacious living/dining/kitchen area on the first floor. Elegantly and individually furnished in a modern country house style. Private, cozy terraces on three sides, facing south. Wi-Fi/Internet via fiber optics. Linen set for up to 2 people included (bed linens plus 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel each). Free parking right outside the door. Free Wi-Fi. Flat-screen TV.


The guest house at Landhaus ARCADIA is a vacation home with a style all its own: 80 m² spread over 2 floors. Almost new, built in 2019.
Terraces facing three directions—depending on the sun’s position. 35 m² on the first floor as a single living space—spacious and airy, even in less pleasant weather. 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Free Wi-Fi; extra: Bose Mini II Bluetooth sound system for your smartphone. Flat-screen TV with HDMI connection.

Suitable for: all generations, ages 5 and up.
In detail: First floor living area of 35 m², bright and airy with a view of nature. Glazed doors facing three directions let in light depending on the time of day, making it bright and welcoming. Combined living, kitchen, dining, and reading area. Patio with rustic seating and a grill.


• Fully equipped for cooking fun: electric cooking on a glass-ceramic/CERAN cooktop; baking with convection/top/bottom heat. Exhaust vent to the outside! 250-liter fridge-freezer. All pots and pans are stainless steel. No microwave. And then—just run the dishes through the dishwasher. Large dining table, 180 x 85 cm. Also great for working, playing, reading... and finding inspiration from original hand-painted artwork by Anette Hollmann—her studio is right next door—just ring the bell in the main building.
• Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (down comforters/pillows); the larger “Green Room,” at 22 m², feels very airy—high ceiling with exposed wooden beams. The compact, smaller room has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a laptop desk.
• Excellent Wi-Fi is also available upstairs with its own laptop desk. Additionally: the bathroom with shower and toilet.
• Low-temperature underfloor heating throughout. Eco-friendly—heated with gas and solar power.
• Private entrance with its own path to the street. 

• Plenty of literature and maps of the surrounding area, including maps for cyclists. Tourist information and shopping just 2 km away in Ketzin/Havel. 
Light and tranquility in the countryside, grasses and leaves rustling in the wind, gray geese, frogs, and beavers in the nearby biotope. And the apartment? Vacations and cooking should be a joy. An airy living-kitchen-dining-music-reading room on the first floor covering 35 square meters—even on quiet or rainy days, there’s no room for claustrophobia. And the building materials: breathable lattice bricks with 40 cm of plaster, natural flooring: Solnhofen tiles, natural oak—oiled and waxed. Walls free of chemicals—natural paints. Mineral wool in the roof. Landgrün seal.

Our two residential units at LANDHAUS ARCADIA are located in historic Paretz on the Havel River, a district of the 800-year-old town of Ketzin/Havel. The village of Paretz, a designated historic site, serves as a bridge between the Berlin-Potsdam region and the picturesque, vast, and sparsely populated Havelland, which extends all the way to the Elbe River in the west. A dream destination for paddling, sailing, hiking, cycling, and motorcycling.

Fiber-optic Wi-Fi is free. The rooms are lovingly furnished in a country house style. On the upper floor, each apartment offers a panoramic view through the large arched window—a glimpse of the diverse, unspoiled Havelland landscape, with expansive meadows, forests, rivers, and lakes, as well as vast biotopes teeming with a variety of wildlife.
The apartments: spacious, light-filled rooms with a professional kitchenette, a wooden dining table, and a bright, welcoming, and comfortable living area. Walls painted in natural colors, featuring original artwork by Anette Hollmann.
A lovely outdoor seating area for each unit, with a charcoal grill available for rent, including charcoal and lighter fluid.
Laundry: Upon request, you’re welcome to drop off your laundry with us—along with all relevant details—for a small fee.
Excursions—on foot, by bike, or by paddleboat—a paradise for all kinds of adventures: swimming in the Havel River with its clear water and a sandy beach for children, where the water is only 20 cm deep at that spot. Supervision is, of course, still necessary—just like at the beach. Rentals for canoes, paddleboats, motorboats, and bicycles are available 2–4 km away. Other information:
