The apartment sleeps up to 4 people and is ideal for families or couples—even a medium-sized dog is welcome. High comfort and a cozy, relaxing atmosphere invite you to unwind completely. Just a two-minute bike ride and you’re already at the North Sea!

Exclusive living awaits you in a spacious 60 m² apartment: Windows that let in plenty of natural light and an optimal floor plan with an open living area and two separate bedrooms create a spacious feel. The high-quality furnishings create a modern ambiance with a very tasteful color scheme, and the underfloor heating ensures cozy comfort on cooler days.

Here, as the name “Grüne Ecke” (Green Corner) promises, you’ll start your day with a beautiful view of the garden. When the weather is nice, you can have breakfast on the 8 m² terrace; comfortable patio furniture invites you to linger and relax. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy meals outdoors and unwind in the sunshine and North Sea air.

After a bike ride or a day at the beach, the comfortable seating area in the living room is perfect for watching movies, spending cozy time together, and chatting. You’ll have access to fast, free Wi-Fi for browsing on your smartphone.

Even cooking becomes a pleasure on vacation! In the open, modern kitchen with built-in appliances, including a microwave and oven, you can quickly and easily prepare delicious meals or snacks. For dessert, coffee lovers can choose between a classic coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. The dishwasher takes care of the dishes for you.

Two separate bedrooms offer you pleasant retreats and promise restful nights. One room features a large, comfortable double bed (200 cm x 200 cm), from which you can comfortably watch TV. The second room is furnished with two single beds (each 100 cm x 200 cm). There’s plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe in the spacious closets.

The elegant, naturally lit bathroom with a walk-in shower, makeup mirror, and hair dryer adds to the comfort of the vacation rental.

For our younger guests, a high chair and a crib are standard amenities.

Our “Grüne Ecke” vacation rental is the perfect place for couples, friends, or families who want to spend a relaxing time by the North Sea. You’re welcome to bring your pet—dogs are heartily welcome (dog fee: €8/day).

The apartment is located on the first floor. This is a non-smoking property. You can store your valuables in a safe. There is a parking space for bicycles.

The new building “Haus Damenpfad 4” is located in a very beautiful and central setting. It’s just a 5-minute walk (or a 2-minute bike ride) to the boardwalk and the white sandy beach. The town center is also right nearby, just a few minutes’ walk away, so you can easily reach shops, restaurants, and cafés.

Three exclusive vacation apartments are available for you to choose from at “Haus Damenpfad 4.” Amenities include high-quality furnishings, underfloor heating, fast free Wi-Fi, and an elevator, as well as a terrace with a fenced-in garden (“Grüne Ecke”) or a southeast-facing balcony (“Frische Brise”) and a southwest-facing balcony (“Leuchtturmsuite”), ensure a high level of comfort.
