The modern 2-room apartment 34 is located on the 2nd floor of a very well-maintained apartment building with an elevator. It features a south-facing balcony with a partial ocean view.

This non-smoking apartment has vinyl flooring in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom are tiled.
The apartment’s excellent amenities—including quality furnishings and high-end standard equipment—create a truly pleasant, comfortable atmosphere with everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

The spacious entryway offers plenty of storage space and an extra storage room for your luggage.

Enjoy the fully equipped separate kitchen, which is outfitted with many extras and every imaginable high-quality accessory.

In the living area of this cozy vacation rental, you’ll find, among other things, a spacious living and dining area. It is equipped with a TV (flat-screen with cable connection), a radio/CD player, Wi-Fi, and a telephone.

In the open sleeping area, which is separate from the living area, a high-quality double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) ensures a good night’s sleep.
The large closet offers plenty of storage space.

The modern shower room/restroom is very generously equipped with plenty of counter space. A makeup mirror and a hair dryer are, of course, provided.


As our guest, you also have the option of parking your car in an underground garage (entry height 1.80 m). (Space 112 on the upper level.)

To help you avoid carrying your luggage unnecessarily, there are coin-operated washing machines and dryers in the basement.

Out of consideration for our other guests, we unfortunately cannot allow pets in the vacation apartment, which is also suitable for people with allergies. For this reason, it is also a non-smoking apartment.


Kitchen
The separate kitchen is fully equipped. It includes, among other things, a toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker, as well as a dishwasher, oven/glass-ceramic cooktop, and many other kitchen accessories. Frying fish or seafood is not permitted in this accommodation to avoid causing a nuisance to subsequent guests.
