Located on the first floor, the garden cottage is easily accessible and particularly pleasant for guests who appreciate hassle-free accommodations.

The small kitchenette is functionally equipped and, with a 2-burner stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, and dining area, offers everything you need to prepare your own meals while on vacation. A dining table complements the living space and invites you to enjoy relaxed meals. The bathroom features a sink, toilet, mirror, and a shower with a tub and hot water. Heating, Wi-Fi, and a TV provide additional comfort.

The outdoor area is particularly charming: a terrace, garden, patio furniture, lounge chairs, and an awning create the perfect setting for enjoying the fresh North Sea air in a peaceful environment. The view of the garden enhances the pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. A private parking space right next to the property is also available.

A highlight is the well-maintained garden area, which is open to all guests. Here you’ll also find a small, cozy dacha—a separate garden cottage full of charm, especially popular with dog owners or guests who prefer something small but charming.
Thanks to its central location, bakeries, restaurants, the Duhner village fountain, and shopping options are all within easy walking distance. The Wadden Sea and the beach promenade are practically right on your doorstep—whether for walking, biking, or simply taking a deep breath.
